How do you ship?
USPS or UPS. Prepaid rate of $7 per item, and added to invoice. NO COD, Third-Party or Collect Shipments.
How do I make a Claim?
Claims must be made within 30 days after receipt of shipment. Shipments returned without our written permission will be refused. All claims regarding breakage and delays in transit must be filed with the carrier. We will not be held liable due to the carrier’s delays.

My business doesn’t have a produced spot. Can you help us write a script and have someone voice and produce a spot for us?
Absolutely! The KOOL Production Department is the best in town and available to take you through the script-writing and production process. Click here to contact us!
Can you send a salesperson out to my business to talk to me about all this?
Sure…but the rates will be higher. These online rates are our very lowest pricing because you are only paying for the airtime. These online rates do not include sales commissions and spot productions costs.
